I have had an account with TeamSpeakHost.com for about a year now. I am
aware of only one time that we were down without a warning. It was a
D.O.S. attack on the server this morning. They had it fixed in about an
hour. Amazing!
I am a Systems Analyst in a casino IT department. We strive for the

When we started our guild, we tried hosting our own Ventrilo server than
we tried hosting our own TeamSpeak server so that we could compare the
two. We found TeamSpeak to be better suited to our needs. Once I knew
what I wanted to use, I just got lucky and found TeamSpeakHost.com and
purchased a package. I am so glad I never had to try anyone else. I
would have not have been as happy. We have a 40 user package and it
never lags. There is more than enough bandwidth for us. It just rocks.
New users connect to our server with no instructions and they are
thrilled with the sound quality. We understand every word that is spoken
and we have users in Australia, Canada, and the United States. Even with
all those accents, no one has to repeat themselves. That's clarity!
If you need communications for your company, don't do it in house. You
can have weekly meetings with employees all over the world and do it a
lot cheaper than using the phone company. Let these professionals take

| WOW! I can't believe the service they give. I was here when they had the old admin panel from teamspeak and then they upgraded to there own. They give you more info in that new admin panel like how long the server has been on and current news about the server. I promise your making a great decision when you pick Teamspeakhost.com as your host for team talk. So make the right choice and pick them! |

Your service to date has been fantastic. On the rare occasion where I have had an issue your team has been very responsive, very helpful, and most important, provided regular updates even when it was a situation entirely outside of your control. When there was a change in hosting servers to provide better services and enhanced uptimes you provided plenty of advance notice and made the transition as seamless as possible. I have recommended your hosting services to several colleagues who run clans or guilds in their spare time and were looking for a hosting solution and will continue to do so. And despite the fact that the guild for which this was originally created has largely gone by the wayside, we've gained so many online friends who get on there to communicate regularly that we'll continue to have the server - particularly since the next big guild is just around the corner these days...

I've been with several voice hosting companies over the past three years using TeamSpeak and other voice packages. TeamSpeakHost.com is the best of the best.
Their support is 2nd to none. Their prices are very competitive, and their downtime is nearly non-existent. When they do have to occasionally bring a server down for maintenance they always contact the client prior to this happening, and unless it's an emergency they schedule the downtime during the middle of the night so as to not interfere with users.
They keep their clients in the loop via emails, and that is something that a lot of other companies simply don't understand the value of.
It is fairly evident that these guys are fellow gamers. They know how gamers should be treated and they're the company that sets the bar high.
